This dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge and IS FREE OF EXTERNAL /INTERNAL PARASITES.

All responsibilities of the puppy are released at 8 weeks of age.

All future liabilities and veterinarian bills will be the buyers responsibility.

Replacements will be made if the following conditions are met: If said puppy has a hereditary problem and this problem is declared by your vet, a written statement must be submitted to us and the puppy must be returned with all papers, and a replacement will be made upon availability.

We guarantee against hereditary/genetic problems for up to one year. Upon this finding, we have the right to have our vet examine the puppy. PLESE TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO THE VET WITHIN 48 HOURS!!!!! If you do not take your puppy within 48 hours this contract will be considered null and void.

All replacements will be made upon availability and for the same value, unless the buyer pays the difference. No Cash Refunds!!

We do not guarantee against size, conformation, weight or train ability.

We do not guarantee against Skin Problems.

We do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia.

We do not guarantee against accidents, abuse, or neglect.

Before the puppies are sold and leave for their new homes, they are examined by our vet, receive ONE set of booster shots (5-IN-1 VACCINE), receive a Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine, have a fecal check and are dewormed, come with a vet certified Florida health certificate, puppy food and puppy items to start you off!

A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites IS NOT grounds for declaring a dog unfit for sale unless the animal is clinically ill because of that condition.

We feed our puppies Eukanuba Puppy Small Bites. If you decide to change food, please do so gradually to prevent any upset to the puppy's stomach, which might cause diarrhea that could lead to dehydration. I don't guarantee puppies against this!!

If you have read this a $100.00 Non- Refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy.

At 9 weeks of age the remaining balance must be paid in full, Deposits received from Buyer will only hold the puppy until 9 weeks of age, then it will be available to other buyers.

We will not accept checks as a form of payment on final pick up of the above said puppy.

There are NO REFUNDS unless something happens to the puppy in our care. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!

IF THE PUPPY/DOG IS SHIPPED TO BUYER: The Breeder can not be held responsible for something that is out of their control, as with placing the care and control of the puppy/dog with an airline or ground shipper. The Buyer understands that once the puppy/dog has been delivered to the departing airport or ground hauler, the Breeder is no longer responsible for it's safety, health or well-being. The Buyer understands that it is the Buyer’s choice to have the puppy/dog shipped and that he/she are solely responsible for any problems incurred during shipping or after as a result of shipping. The Breeder strongly encourages the Buyer to check the puppy/dog at the airport. If any injuries or health problems are noted, contact the proper airline or ground transportation authority for concerns, immediately. The Breeder strongly encourages the Buyer to have the dog seen by a Veterinarian, of the Buyer's choice, within 24 hours of picking up the dog from the airport or ground transportation. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any veterinarian bills.

PAYMENT INFORMATION ON SHIPPING

We will not ship a puppy until it is at least 10 weeks of age.

Puppy and shipping cost must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old. All payments must clear my bank before the puppy leaves my home. Prior to shipping the puppy, all applicable shipping fees and full amount due on the puppy must be paid in full. Included in the shipping cost is the airfare, a safe shipping crate, the puppies health certificate, a free sample of puppy food, any other fees required by the airline.

We make all the shipping arrangements. We search for the shortest available flight. We try to make the arrangements 2 weeks in advance, if possible. We will email the flight arrival information (airline, day of shipment, flight number, air bill number and time of arrival) as soon as they have been confirmed to us by the airline, along with the cost of shipping so you can send payment for shipping when you send the balance due on your puppy. Flight time and numbers are subject to change without notice. If they do, we will call you immediately after the puppy has been put on the flight with the changes and all information you will need to pick up your puppy.

If for any reason you can not keep the said puppy, THE BREEDER HAS THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL and MUST be returned to BAD TO THE BONE KENNELS.
